Nice big room, 2nd floor, no noise, peaceful night's sleep, very clean - would be nice to have some bottled water but shops close-by so can get your own, good value for money - part of a block booking and Teeran incredibly helpful and professional - look forward to working with you again thank you.

Quality stay
We had a wonderful one night stay in the Gem Fitzrovia hotel, the room was lovely, very clean, and a good size. The breakfast was well worth it, and all the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is pretty, quaint, and situated in an attractive part of the West End in London and is very quiet considering the location and centrality of London. Gem Firzrovis
Stayed here for one night as visiting Wembley to watch Coldplay. Great location for this and also for shopping in Oxford St the next day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Stay at GEM hotel
we had a very enjoyable stay at the Fitzrovia hotel late August. The room, staff and reception area were excellent. Special thanks to all, especially the breakfast staff who were so attentive at breakfast , the food was excellent too. We loved the cream tea . Thanks to al the staff.

I was very pleased with my room which had everything I needed. A good AC, iron, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. The room was quiet comfortable and clean with a lovely shower and bath. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly while maintaining professionalism. The hotel is also in a very good location and I would highly recommend their breakfast which was always served with a smile and there was plenty of choices. One very happy customer.
