Wonderful Stay
Wonderful 3 night stay. Staff were excellent ,with a special word to Niluka and her breakfast colleagues who were so attentive and welcoming each morning. Only gripe we had was that one side of the double bed in our room was placed against the wall, making it quite awkward to get in and out of.

Stay at Gem Fitzrovia from 10-18 February
We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The quiet, cleanliness, breakfasts, lifts, staff, central heating, etc were all excellent. We would like to suggest however that you install safety handles in the bath tubs. The baths are high and a handle or grip fixed to the wall would greatly assist getting in and out of the bath/shower.

Great stay
Great hotel. Staff lovely and very helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was great and the complimentary cream tea was a nice added bonus. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Theatre stay
The greeting on arrival was excellent and the rooms were in great condition and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful . Excellent location for the underground to get around the city.
