Excellent stay as always
Excellent location for sightseeing , shopping and entertainment. Spacious clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. All the staff were amazingly friendly and efficient from reception check in , breakfast and the complimentary cream tea. Will definitely stay again .

Good overnight stay
Lots of great things about my brief stay - helpful and responsive staff, room was quiet and well equipped, good night’s sleep. Two minor recommendations - the bath towel was very thin and the room temperature was too hot. However, I appreciated detailed efforts to look after the environment - like wooden key cards.

A great find
This really was a gem of a find . A very reasonable bed & breakfast rate . Ideal location & so quiet ,no traffic noise at all ,& we slept with the window open . The staff were very friendly & helpful too We would defintely return . Visit ‘The Wallace Collection’

Relaxing Christmas
Good and friendly service from all the staff . Excellent Christmas evening meal Lovely room Perfect Christmas Only wish there was better access for disabled up your front stairs but so very pleased you had fitted a handrail on the stairs that linked the lower ground floor corridor to the corridor that lead to the restaurant

Fabulous
What a wonderful Gem of a hotel. Been staying here for hospital appointments throughout 2025 and cannot speak highly enough of it. Always a very warm welcome, the staff are all amazing, makes our visits to London a real treat.
