What a wonderful Gem of a hotel. Been staying here for hospital appointments throughout 2025 and cannot speak highly enough of it. Always a very warm welcome, the staff are all amazing, makes our visits to London a real treat.

The Gem Fitzrovia Hotel is the perfect location for the office when we are in London and so convenient for all amenities and shopping areas. Rooms are a good size and well organised, staff are always very polite, professional and quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast is very good and restaurant staff are very attentive to guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to colleagues and friends who may be visiting London, and look forward to staying there again in 2026.

Londons secret hotel
Excellent hotel very close to Oxford and Regent street and also Marleborne village. We walked to them all. Quiet hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Food was excellent and staff in restaurant were very good as well. Room was clean but a little on the small side. We would definitely return.
