Good and friendly service from all the staff . Excellent Christmas evening meal Lovely room Perfect Christmas Only wish there was better access for disabled up your front stairs but so very pleased you had fitted a handrail on the stairs that linked the lower ground floor corridor to the corridor that lead to the restaurant

What a wonderful Gem of a hotel. Been staying here for hospital appointments throughout 2025 and cannot speak highly enough of it. Always a very warm welcome, the staff are all amazing, makes our visits to London a real treat.

The Gem Fitzrovia Hotel is the perfect location for the office when we are in London and so convenient for all amenities and shopping areas. Rooms are a good size and well organised, staff are always very polite, professional and quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast is very good and restaurant staff are very attentive to guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to colleagues and friends who may be visiting London, and look forward to staying there again in 2026.
