Lovely stay in Georgian Terrace Hotel
The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to Exhibition Road, the Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park and more. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was a little small, but that was the deal we were offered. Next time we would upgrade and hopefully the bathroom would be a little larger too. Nevertheless a lovely stay in a beautiful Georgian Terrace in South Kensington, well maintained with attractive bar and dining room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We would stay again and can recommend the Hotel.

Overall my experience was very good. Staff were excellent. The only down side was that the en suite was very cramped which made using the facilities difficult.

Good quality quiet hotel in Kensington
Lovely clean quiet hotel in Kensington in east walking distance to some local eateries and Tesco express etc. Good quality breakfast with all condiments in small glass jars, nice to see a step away from plastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a lovely family room good size and comfortable bed, I slept well.

Good but…
All fine except for the hardest mattress ever, would have made a samurai weep. Seriously, I like a firm mattress but this was like a board and meant I had a terrible nights sleep. I thought of paying for breakfast but at £24 for the hot buffet I was shocked, honestly what a rip off.

My room was clean when I checked in and had everything I needed. Throughout my whole stay every staff member was very nice and helpful when I needed anything.

Great hotell!
We had a wonderful family vacation here. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the subway and in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a day out. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

Royal Albert Hall Stayover
Stayed over at Gem Strathmore for a concert at Royal Albert Hall. Lovely “personal” hotel in a perfect location for Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens and easy access to Central London via two nearby tube stations. Hotel staff all pleasant and efficient. All areas of the hotel well kept, rooms a little on the small side but adequate, would have no hesitation in returning.
