Perfect hotel for visiting museums and night out at The Royal Albert Hall. Beautiful building. Decor in communal areas a bit dated but our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with everything we could have wanted. Staff were friendly, efficient and professional and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Coffee in thermos OK but not barista.

Lovely Hotel

A ´´ gem´´ of a hotel
This lovely old hotel is well positioned for many top sites - the museums, Royal Albert Hall , Saatchi gallery, the tube is close by and there are plenty of eateries and shopping outlets. The staff were super helpful and friendly and housekeeping was excellent. Bear in mind it is old mansion so there is only one lift but the rooms are comfortable and warm with plenty of tea/ coffee and a bar on the ground floor.
