It was an amazing experience
The moment we arrived and checked in, we felt welcome already. Maria and the other staff, forgot her name are very friendly and helpful. Explained the package we bought. The cream tea and scones was included, we had it twice and it’s a wonderful treat at the end of the day after exploring the city. The room is beautiful but it’s small which is normal in Europe. Overall, I would come back again, because it’s close to the tube station, restaurants and museums. Shout out also to Ariel and the rest of the staff in the bar and restaurant. Keep up the great work.

Wonderful stay
Perfect stay for a special birthday! I treated my niece to this hotel for her birthday trip to London, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great for getting around the city, and our room was very comfortable. The hotel really gave her that "extra" special feeling—it made the trip memorable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. Friendly, helpful, and perfectly located. We would definitely stay again!

The staff are all so friendly and efficient. A real credit to the hotel and we felt valued Great location but still very peaceful Breakfast service was excellent too No air con but we had two fans so not an issue

Staying at your hotel was a real pleasure. Everything was perfect. You take care of your guests regarding the details and their expectations. Kindness of your staff, tideness and silence of this hotel are wonderful. You may expect very high rates on bookincom where I found your order. After staying in several London hotels over the years we were pleasantly surprised to find the Strathmore. Very comfortable although the room was 'cosy'. Staff very efficient, good choice at breakfast, Excellent location for the Royal Albert Hall, our reason for visiting London. Due to the times of the concerts we were unable to dine in the restaurant but the bar menu food was very good. All in all a good visit and when (and if) we visit London again we will certainly consider this hotel.
