Lovely
Wonderful little.hotel in Fitzrovia. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. Room was a little small but that is to be expected in a city hotel.

Quiet location
We had an issue in the first room assigned but the front desk moved us to a room that accommodated us when we asked, and everyone was friendly.
