Gem in central London
Was genuinely surprised by how good the hotel was. Had it expected it to be a bit dated but was absolutely fine. Room was clean, tidy and in particular the air-con worked to cool the room for a good night's sleep. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, from check in, bar and breakfast they couldn't be more pleasant and attentive. My colleague and I both said we would stay again if we're in central London. One very small request, the small bushes outside the entrance obscure the name of the hotel, these need cut back and then everyone can see the name of the Fitzrovia proudly shown. This is the only thing to improve :)

Just one night
Nice hotel not too far from the theatre, we are in our sixty and we walked. If I am going back to London I will go back to this hotel.

Business trip
The rate is quite high, but the hotel and room was clean and comfortable and it did include breakfast; however, I didn’t have time to take it. Perhaps a advance-booked bagged breakfast for early departures might be a nice touch? I have an office nearby and I will use the hotel again though.
