A welcoming little place
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a little tired in terms of decor but always clean and tidy. I'll be staying again for sure.

Excellent
Had a short stay in L9ndon and the hotel was really central to our plans. On arrival all the staff were really friendly and helpful. In fact, every member of staff we encountered were helpful, professional with excellent customer service.
