Amazing team!
Fantastic team - stayed whilst working shifts in nearby ICU caring for critically ill COVID patients. Kitchen staff came in early to make sure got my breakfast before wait off. Everyone was super friendly no helpful and a complete credit to the hotel

The staff took very good care of my disabilities, such as being quick to carry my mobility scooter up the steps into the hotel. My only gripe with the stay was that the room was extremely warm at night with no obvious means of controllng the temperature.

Would recommend
I usually stay here and the staff are always very welcoming. My one bit of feedback is that on two separate occasions I've ordered a glass of red wine only to have to send it back because it was off. Both times the staff were happy to open a new bottle for me which was excellent but it would be a better customer experience if the wine was checked by the staff member before it was served to the customer. Other than that, all good!
