Fantastic location, helpful staff and my beloved L
I recommend this hotel for everyone who needs a quiet place in central London with good functioning AC and friendly staff. Breakfast was also really enjyoable. And that cappucino prepared by the night guard with friendly smile at 5 am tasted best! Thanks for a wondeful experience amidst busy conference visit to London.

Fab stay
Small rooms but very well designed. And very comfortable. Everything very clean. Useful lift but it is very small. Very nice breakfast. Staff are really lovely, welcoming, helpful and thoughtful

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful, a perfect central location close to Oxford street. Walking through the BBC grounds to get to the hotel. Reception is clean , elegant and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are great we had a triple room. Plenty of storage, bath and shower, beautifully clean. Only issue we found were the beds are a little on the firm side for us. Perfect stay, will definitely be back.
