Gem near Oxford Street
Our second stay this year, even better now that the new air-conditioning system is up and running. Lovely welcoming staff who work hard to look after the place, hope to be back soon and have recommended to friends.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of London
Just returned from a one night stay in the Gem Langham Court hotel. The reception and bar staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth, and although we were too early for our room to be ready, they safely stored our bags and even asked if we needed somewhere to change before we went out for the afternoon. The bedroom itself was small, but had everything we needed for a short stay. The 'view' was of a brick wall however again that wasn't a problem overnight. Decent aircon, good shower and perfectly clean. We have no complaints and would happily stay here again.

Summer business meetings
Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff at all Gem hotels are very friendly and helpful and the hotels are exceptionally clean and in good condition.

A One Night Date
We found the hotel on a travel site and the price for the one night was good value for the situation in central London. The welcome was warm and efficient and the room was ready early, which was a bonus. The room was small but well appointed, with an en suite shower room and twin beds. It was clean and had some nice extras eg individual shower products and air conditioning- very welcome in an English heat wave! A great find, we’ll be back

Theatre visit
We thought the staff were exemplary. The room was very nice- though not a twin as requested- we could have asked to change but as the bed was huge we decided to stay in it! All very clean and well appointed. Nice breakfast and lunch. Langham Court was in a perfect location for our theatre trip and we’d consider staying again

Lovely overnight stay
Have stayed here before 3 or 4 years ago and I’m pleased to say that the excellent standards haven’t slipped. Our room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was very efficient, which was a big plus as the temperature was 34 C in London. The staff couldn’t have been more efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re looking for somewhere convenient for a visit to the London Palladium.
