I really enjoyed your hotel. I did not enjoy the check in process. I know that I booked on Booking.com and this is not to your advantage but I am very good at repeat business and going direct, so you get the entire hotel fee. So I do appreciate that I was seen as a cheap customer. I had flown 34 hours from NZ and arrived in morning. I was advised 3pm check in which was fine and I was waiting in the lounge from 2pm. Your staff could have made my stay ever so more pleasant if they had not held that 3pm check in to the letter of the law. It was clear when i went to reception at 3pm that my room was ready. The hot water in the shower took a very long time to come through. Other than that the room was really lovely. Rm 408

Enjoyable stay
We had an excellent stay at Langham Court hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and the location was fantastic . The hotel was busy but was not noisy. Location is very near Oxford street and soho etc. We would stay again.

A London overnight
A great little overnight break at a fair price. If I had a complaint, it would be that the hot part of the breakfast buffet (at which there was a great choice) was a little on the cool side. I like my food to be very hot and it certainly was not. We could not see out of the windows of our room (G2).

Very Enjoyable Stay
Our first stay at the hotel but we'd certainly consider staying again if returning to London. We had booked via a Travelzoo Offer at a very competitive rate. On arrival, staff were very welcoming and advised that not only was our room available (we were early) but we had been upgraded - a lovely surprise. The room was spotless and the bathroom appeared very new and was to a high standard with plenty of toiletries. Our deal included a cream tea which was served beautifully by another friendly staff member. The scones were served warm with plenty of jam and cream and much appreciated after our journey. English breakfast (also included in our deal) was served buffet style but everything was fresh and hot and dining room, though in a basement room was flooded with light from a skylight. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel
I had the pleasure of staying at langham court hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth, and quick. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my balcony, which added a special touch to my stay The hotel's amenities were grest. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient hotel in London

One night in the right location
Initially booked a single but someone was practicing a musical instrument next door, I was moved (and upgraded) without quibble. Room was quiet and very comforable. Staff friendly and helpful. Really good location.
