A really lovely stay - extremely well located and characterful hotel, with good clean facilities and a very friendly and accommodating team. I could split hairs over a few minor issues but it was such good value that it would be wrong to say anything that wasn't positive about the place.

Good value hotel in a great location
Good value hotel in a great location especially for museums. Literally just off the Cromwell Road, but remarkably quiet even so. Staff were very polite and helpful - a nice calm atmosphere. Our room a touch small, but high ceilings helped it not to feel cramped. Continental breakfast fresh and good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.
