Charming!
My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night. It’s a delightful hotel, elegant and spacious. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was a lovely experience. Felt very looked after

Fantastic (as always), lovely people running all aspects of the hotel: reception, breakfast and housekeeping, so friendly, efficient, unflustered and kind; they work extremely hard yet greet with a smile, check if you need anything and make you feel at home. Hope to come and stay many more times.

Delightful hotel in the middle of elegant surround
Lovely hotel in a superb location for a visit to the Royal Albert Hall. Room was clean and tidy and the blinds and curtains meant it was totally dark at night which can be a rarity in hotels. Good continental breakfast in the morning, the breakfast staff didn’t stop refilling the drinks and food and making sure everyone had what they needed. Bar was nice and relaxed but limited choice and staff member must have been new as didn’t really seem to know they’re way around or what things were that customers asked for. However on the whole it was a great stay and would definitely stay again

Amazing !
Very lovely place , left a message when booking that it was our anniversary and they gave us a wonderful chocolate cake to celebrate which was a very nice touch ! Highly recommend, amazing and friendly staff as well.

Great location lovely staff
Hotel is in a great location for the museums and very close to the underground. Room was as expected and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we visit London
