A very pleasant stay - very attentive staff, nice
Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. Thank you also for your helpfulness when we were stranded, due to a Eurostar tunnel problem. Staff was friendly, solution oriented - it helped a lot to make our stay a success, when there was stress and issues to be solved. Thank you again. We will be coming back !!

Christmas stay
Very pleased with the hotel. Only stayed one night with my sister and my two young boys. The Quad room was perfect. Very large quiet room which was very clean. Would stay again. Location is spot on for museums and Hyde park.
