I was in a ‘closet room’ . Spotless and as good as could be. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Special thanks to Maria in the dining room for her attention. Maureen and the head of Cleaning staff particularly warm, responsive and accomodating.

A great week end
Very nice personnel. The hotel is well situated in a nice neighborhood that makes easy access to most touristic sites. I recommend the hotel. It contributed to make our stay in London a very nice one.

Great experience
We had a great stay at the Strathmore Hotel. The staff were courteous and prompt with assisting us with requests. The room was clean and tidy, not very big but enough for resting after a long day out. Fresh towels, a bottle of water, and tea were provided daily. The location in Kensington is a convenient walk away from the Gloucester Road tube station and to attractions, shopping, and museums. I would recommend the Strathmore Hotel to anyone staying in London, and would definitely consider staying there again if I return.

Staff are excellent
We only stayed for two nights but would definitely stay again. The location was great: near plenty of places to eat and drink. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.
