1st time I stayed in this hotel, was what I expected, very welcoming and practical, Nice facilities. Very warm for the time of the year. nice room, spacious bed.

Fabulous hotel
The staff were so friendly and kind, our room was still being cleaned when we arrived so had to wait an hour in the lounge but were offered free tea/coffee. We had a family room which is so much bigger than it looks on the photos. Would have been better if there was a step in shower as it was over the bath and quite high to climb in for an older person. Very clean and the breakfast was very tasty, everything you would need continental and full English. We were in room 112 so next to the lift which you could hear but once asleep didn’t really affect us that much. Would definitely stay again
