Great Staff
It photographs better than it looks in person. The room was not as anticipated based on images on the web. The staff is wonderful, kind, and attentive.

Exceptional service in a very special place
What an excellent hotel all the facilities were first class but what made the Hotel stand out from all the others I have stayed in were the staff they were all amazing people. They were friendly and made us feel welcome and special. They were professional and took pride in their work. You are very fortunate to have such loyal and dedicated people.

Pleasant stay
The hotel is in a really good location a short walk from a tube station, near Hyde Park, world class museums and Royal Albert Hall. The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will surely book this hotel in tge future and can recommend it to anyone.

Friendliest staff ever
Really friendly reception staff, every shift. Breakfast so professional/ friendly /attentive to your needs. So rare to have so many friendly people in an establishment. Housekeeping excellent/cleanrooms/friendly/professional. Lift was only reason I couldn't give 5 for the facilities.

Lovely stay
Excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was great, as was room service. Super curtains, they kept the light out. Breakfast was expensive but most hotels are the same. The bed was on the hard side.

1st visit
Enjoyed our stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine with nice toiletries. All staff we met were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and hot when it arrived. It was very warm when we arrived, but there was a fan already working in our room and someone came to our room with a big bottle of very cold water, which was very much appreciated. Thank you,.Would definitely return
