Great hotel, brilliant location, friendly staff
We had a lovely stay here and the hotel exceeded expectations. Friendly helpful staff, lovely food, immaculately clean room. We had cream tea on arrival with clotted cream, warm scones and selection of jams. Breakfast was delicious, good choice of options, I loved the danish oastries. Great location, easy walk from Oxford Circus. My only very slight issue was the beds were too firm for me, but everything else was perfect. All in all we had a lovely weekend and hope to return. Autumnal stay
."Staff were all friendly, polite, willing & helpful. Loved the lovely (wes Anderson type) front of building. Comfortable lounge & breakfast was hot & plentiful. Very central for sightseeing. Discovered cartoon museum around the corner, brill for fans of Giles & older newspaoer/comic publications. Not huge rooms, but nice area, comfortable bed, good shower...grand for recharging batteries for sightseeing, galleries/shows/oxford st.

wonderful hotel
Gem of a hotel in a lovely neighborhood with delightful restaurants in the neighborhood. I had the single room as it was just me which was more than adequate. The walk to the tube station is reasonable. I definitely would stay at this hotel again. This was my first experience in London, and it did not disappoint.
