Short theatre stop
Firstly great location for the palladium and shopping at Oxford, regent and carnagy streets. Staff were all very friendly from the cleaners we met in the corridors to the bar, reception and breakfast area, all very helpful and accomodating. We were in room 401 which is a good sized room with a modern shower and bathroom. Room was clean and bed comfortable and slept well. Made use of the bar with a night cap the area was well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of option both cooked and continental and plenty of it and it was replenished regularly and was good quality. We are out for dinner and there is plenty of restraunts lots of variety within easy walking distance. We would Happily stay again if coming for another show

Excellent stay
Really lovely hotel stay whilst in the city for work. Was comfortable, well looked after and felt safe the whole time. Staff were so friendly and attentive to every need. Would stay again.
