Excellent two night stay
My Niece and myself were attending a function in London and this hotel was one of the closes to the venue. We were warmly greeted and although we were early for check-in our cases were taken into safe storage and we were offered the use of the bathroom facilities and a drink. When we returned later in the day we collected our cases and made our way to our rooms - they were very well appointed and extremely clean. All of the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble (including filling our water bottles with chilled water as we left for the day). We only ate breakfast but again there was an excellent choice and it was well prepared and tasty. All in all an excellent stay and we would stay agsain.

Lovely hotel in great location
Excellent hotel close to Regents Park and Oxford Street. Breakfast was terrific with a great choice. Staff in the breakfast room were excellent - Petranka and Georgiana could not do enough for us. Very friendly efficient and professional. Our room was very good, very clean and a decent size. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely return.

Award stay
Had a lovely one night stay. Found every member of staff so polite, helpful and welcoming. Afternoon tea was included and we found this to be so nice. Breakfast was adequate and very tasty. The young waitress ( from Bulgaria) was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The room had all we needed for a comfortable night's stay. Reception staff were amazing and welcomed us warmly. Would livecto come back to stay. Well done all.

Excellent stay - thank you Gem Hotels
Thank you for a very nice stay at The Fitzrovia Hotel last week. We enjoyed the newly remodelled room no. 216 with a huge bath room with tub. Your breakfast was excellent. We will definitely come back at the rate we got through Secret Escapes.
