Great Location & Hotel
It is perfectly located to visit the city. Close to main shopping streets and Soho. Easy to get there by underground and buses. Rooms are confortable and clean. Excelent option to visit London both leasure and business.

Convenient location
Clean and tidy hotel it was convenient as it was a short walk to where we were working. Staff were friendly and room was clean

Great weekend
Lovely 2 night stay. Close to tube and lots of restaurants and pubs. Staff were all so friendly. Our bathroom was amazing. The body cream smelt so wonderful I want some more. We walked from the hotel to Buckingham Palace and to Hyde Park for the Queens funeral. Lovely stay.

London visit
This is an excellent hotel. It was recently remodelled and kept its historical charm. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The continental breakfast had a lot of good variety and was served on real dishes. The waiters made sure our coffees were replenished. The hotel location is near a major subway stop. The front desk staff are very kind and eager to please.

One night stay last minute
We booked on the day and all hotels in London were full. The location of the hotel is great. The vibe is faded grandeur but very clean. The room wasn’t far to walk and bathroom was spotless and pleasant. The room was large with two windows and we had an excellent sleep. I would stay again but try for a less expensive price. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on food. All staff were very courteous but the initial check in person was not very welcoming. All in all yes I would stay again thankyou
