Top Hotel
The hotel is in a good location especially if you’re on a shopping trip. Also it’s close enough to walk to the theatre district. The staff were very helpful, friendly and really made an effort to accommodate our requests. Front of house and restaurant staff were particularly helpful. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

A excellent stay in London
An excellent stay in a beautiful hotel. Location is perfect and staff were pleasant. The only slight issue was the bed was a little hard for our liking, however, this wouldn't stop us staying here again. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay!

Lovely stay for 50th birthday
Really lovely stay, excellent service throughout. The room was very clean and rose petals on the bed was a nice touch as it was a special birthday. Later on a tray of cakes was left, which was another unexpected treat. Breakfast was really good, and excellent service. The hotel is about 15 minute walk from local tube stations, but we walked all the way to Leicester Square in about half an hour, so think the location is pretty good. Very good value for money.
