first visit
Clearly a well run hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Beds were firm to the point of being hard, yet with soft pillows, but we were OK with that. We'd happily stay again.

All staff were friendly and welcoming-the breakfast offered was amazing and I very much enjoyed my stay. I attended a conference elsewhere-in walking distance from your hotel. One minor point- hot chocolate would be nice in the offered selection of beverages in the room :)
