Excellent Hotel and Staff
From the minute you enter, excellent staff who actually care and want to help you. Easy check in. Excellent lifts. Their standard room was a good size for `London, very clean and comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Shower was very good. Bed linen very comfortable. Check out and Invoice was done very quickly with no fuss. (Bonus is that if you need parking it is about 2 minutes away under the Holiday Inn)

Overnight stay for afternoon tea with my niece.
Absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Fitzrovia. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and courtious. One special mention to Christo, an absolute Gentleman and super helpful, I applaud him! The breakfast was perfect.
