A great convenient place to stay
I've been using this small hotel in Fitzrovia for many years for both business and leisure visits to London. The staff are friendly and it's comfortable, convenient and affordable. One or two junior employees haven't got great English and a few misunderstandings can arise, though maybe no more than in most London hotels. The rooms are clean but feel a bit basic by current standards: there's not much hanging space and a fridge in the room would be helpful, even if it's not stocked as a minibar. Some rooms are still single glazed and that can cause issues with noise. Breakfast can be busy but the choice of food is ok. The best selling point is the convenient location, close to Regent's Park, Regent St and Oxford St, Bloomsbury and Theatreland - and (believe me) it's better than most of the other small hotels in the vicinity.

I cannot fault the service from the Gem Fitzrovia hotel. As we were holding a work event, we booked multiply rooms with the Fitzrovia team. Teeran is amazing at catering to all the needs and updating throughout and made a large booking smooth sailing and stress free. The team in the hotel are great, always polite, accommodating and genuinely ensure you have a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for business and personal bookings and will be returning again in the future.

Relaxed atmosphere
Staff were fantastic and so attentive. Breakfast was excellent.. We swapped rooms as the room we were in was so small and bed against the window, this was done quickly and professionally... thank you. The room we were in was spacious and comfortable thank you. Again the staff were fantastic

A lovely mid week stay!
I stayed at The Fitzrovia this week (October 2024) and this is probably my fourth visit to the hotel over the last few years. My stay has been excellent - I have enjoyed fantastic hospitality - everyone is extremely courteous and helpful. The level of amenities offered is very good and I always feel comfortable here. The hotel is well situated with Oxford Street and Regent Street both nearby - great for shopping!

Absolutely beautiful
