Fantastic Hotel
Fabulous hotel in really quiet area yet totally accessible to all the major sights. Amazing breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. We had Room 007 which was huge. My only request would be easy chairs or settee to be closer to the tv. There was plenty of room for that. Had to watch from bed which was too far away

Lovely hotel in a great location
Lovely hotel in a great location. 20 mins steady walk to Oxford Street, Theatre district, Soho, & Regrnt Street. 5/10 minute walk From Great Portland St Tube station - only 2 stops from Kings Cross & St Pancreas on the Metropolitan Line. Very friendly helpful staff, very clean comfy rooms with Ensuite bath/shower. Rooms are double glazed, and aircon in rooms. Would definitely be staying here again. It is surrounded by wonderful pubs / restaurants all within a short walking distance. Use the BT tower as a signpost to the hotel. Please exchange the hot iron for one that steams. Would love a steam iron rather than a non steaming

Great place to stay
We both really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very good but a special thanks to Chris and Stephane who were excellent.

The name truly fits this hotel; it is a gem. Clean rooms, unique decor, friendly attentive staff, quiet rooms, great location. We will be happy to stay here again next time we are in London.
