I booked a two nights stay at your lovely hotel as a birthday present for my nephew. Excellent service, location and value in Central L
Thank you for your kind and attentionate staff, particularly the ladies in the beakfast room, always smiling and efficient, despite a clearly busy weekend. Thank you for accomodating my wife and me again in a room on the 4th floor. We really enjoy the size of the room and bathroom with windows, as well as how quiet it is up there. Very friendly staff . Made to feel welcome. Clean comfortable room with large bathroom with bath / shower and 2 sinks. Quiet hotel in central area of London.Parkin nearby in Holiday In. Bar/Lounge area quite basic. Breakfast team are lovely although the breakfast itself is quite modest. Would stay again.
