Lovely hotel in the heart of London
Really lovely hotel with very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of choice. Staff very helpful.

Lovely break
We enjoyed our 3 night break nice double room. The staff are excellent. Cleanliness excellent had one mishap someone had missed changing towels and make up bed. Rang reception at 6 they immediately brought the clean towels I told not to bother with the bed. Saw the manager who was apologetic. Everything was dealt with extremely well. The breakfast was lovely plenty there to choose from. Yes we would definitely stay in this friendly hotel again.
