Very enjoyable stay
Lovely hotel; very good value. Very clean, comfortable and good sized room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again if in London.

PERFECTION
My Good Companion Joyce and I (both octogenarians) watched back to back performances of Kiss Me Kate (at the Barbican) and Les Miserables (Sondheim Theatre) and needed a centrally located hotel. Gem Fitzrovia (three minute walk from Great Portland Street tube station) could not have been better situated and as a base touched perfection with its superb facilities, comfort, attentive staff, excellent breakfast and impressive cleanliness. Hugely recommended (and both shows were 10 out of 10).

Good hotel in good location
This hotel is in a great location for Oxford Street. There are excellent restaurants around the area and the hotel is very good. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful

Lovely stay
Lovely hotel and staff were super nice. Nothing too much trouble. Would have no hesitation to recommend to friends/family. The only comment I would make is that a bedside table for your phone or water would be nice. But thanks for a lovely stay
