A very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is well situated for the West End and Kings Cross Station. The room and bathroom were clean. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Good value for money for a central London hotel.,

Stay at Gem Fitzrovia London
Spent a lovely couple if days stsybatvthischotel to see the xmas lights in London Breakfast was excellent and catered for all nationalities. Room was on the small side and view not the best, but okay for a couple of nights. Staff excellent and friendly and serves a nice cosmopolitan drink.

Great hotel to stay in! Very cozy and British kind of room, very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient - just a short walk away from a few bus stops and train station. There is a supermarket nearby which was so needful for our stay!

Pre Christmas Stay
We used to stay here pre Covid maybe 3/4 times a year and this is our first post Covid stay. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff is exceptional - a real strength of a lovely hotel! We know the hospitality sector has been impacted by the pandemic and an increase in prices is inevitable - we enjoyed and will return.
