All staff were friendly and welcoming-the breakfast offered was amazing and I very much enjoyed my stay. I attended a conference elsewhere-in walking distance from your hotel. One minor point- hot chocolate would be nice in the offered selection of beverages in the room :)

Very nice hotel, good location
Very helpful staff. Made sure everything was fine. We have our events at different venues around the country, but if we have one in London again we'd use the Fitzrovia.
