Your staff could not have been more helpful or solicitous. I enjoyed the breakfast each day. Your staff answered each of my (many) questions promptly and helpfully. The person who was on duty Friday morning made a point of getting me a very early check-in so I could rest after my overnight flight. When my cousin visited me in the lobby with her two small, active children, the staff kindly brought us tea and water otherwise made sure we were comfortable. I am just sorry that I could not leave a tip for the persons who cleaned my room, as I had no British money at all.

Fantastic location, incredible staff and lovely Ho
I stayed at the hotel on the 3rd of February and from the moment I arrived to the moment I departed my experience was 2nd to none. The staff are so attentive, helpful and friendly. The food is incredible and the refurb of the hotel has been done sympathetically to retain the charm of the building yet ensuring all the modern technology is available. It is a great location 3 tube stations in easy walk, St Pancras only 2 stops away and Oxford Street a stones through. Great stay and will absolutely Return.
