Excellent stay - thank you Gem Hotels
Thank you for a very nice stay at The Fitzrovia Hotel last week. We enjoyed the newly remodelled room no. 216 with a huge bath room with tub. Your breakfast was excellent. We will definitely come back at the rate we got through Secret Escapes.

Fabulous as always
Another fantastic stay at The Fitzrovia Hotel. We travel frequently from Cornwall to London for hospital appointments. I am a wheelchair user and the rooms are always spacious, lifts are great and width of hallway and doors is perfect. The rooms are always spotless and smell great. The staff are always friendly and happy, I always arrive in pain from travelling so far and nervous about my appointments but knowing I'll be staying with yourselves puts my mind at ease. Great Hotel
My only complaint is the bed and pillows are too firm for my taste but that’s personal preference. I would still stay here again!

EUSA Pharma visit
Fitzrovia Hotel was a great location for the EUSA Pharma team to meet & stay. The staff were friendly & accommodating. The lunch we had on both days we stayed was excellent.

Good location...staff friendly...breakfast window generous....food generous and good choices....fantastic room...lifts fast roomy and efficient...we've booked again...can't wait...thankyou for a wonderful stay....maybe a type of pillow menu would be appreciated
