London visit
This is an excellent hotel. It was recently remodelled and kept its historical charm. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The continental breakfast had a lot of good variety and was served on real dishes. The waiters made sure our coffees were replenished. The hotel location is near a major subway stop. The front desk staff are very kind and eager to please.

One night stay last minute
We booked on the day and all hotels in London were full. The location of the hotel is great. The vibe is faded grandeur but very clean. The room wasn’t far to walk and bathroom was spotless and pleasant. The room was large with two windows and we had an excellent sleep. I would stay again but try for a less expensive price. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on food. All staff were very courteous but the initial check in person was not very welcoming. All in all yes I would stay again thankyou

Beyond what I expected
Very clean and up-to-date hotel, cleaner may be followed her job description to well, she removed full open bars of soap and left new ones, and also our full tins of larger, we found the funny side of it, she definitely clean the room spot less.

Quiet stay in London
Wonderful luxury hotel in Centraal London Amazingly quiet, always a treat. Comfortable beds and a professional staff made for a great stay. Only would have liked a bit more space in the room to make this an outstanding stay. I will definitely consider this hotel for a future stay.
