Great value hotel

Lovely restaurant staff
We have stayed at this hotel several times as we hold a business conference every year at the RSM Wimpole street. Bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, constantly topping up coffee at breakfast and never once making us feel we needed to leave even though we sat at our breakfast table for quite some time on our final morning - i would say less so for the reception staff who seemed less interested and not particularly helpful for example we tried to get a taxi would have been nice to be told it could take some time and we might be better to walk - they didn't seem very communicative. Most reception staff will ask if you had a good stay etc.,
