Romantic getaway
My husband and I had a lovely stay in the hotel. Staff were very helpful, food excellent and room very comfortable- bed made every day but not clear when towels were to be changed and glasses not always cleaned.

I always enjoy my stay at the Gem Fitzrovia hotel and this is why I choose to come back here when I am in London. Room is clean and always kept clean. Meals are awesome. Internet service is great. Staff are warm and friendly. It is also near the bus and train stations and close to great shopping spots in Oxford street; within walking distance. I look forward to another stay here.

Very friendly staff

Absolutely excellent value for money great nights sleep comfy bed aircon and rainfall shower was amazing only negative is there where no rooms available for us to stay a second night
