Superb
My daughter and I had a fabulous weekend. From start to finish the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating - in particular the receptionist was very kind when she discovered my daughter had a visual impairment. We were given a complimentary upgrade and there were slices of birthday cake waiting in the room for my daughter which was very thoughtful (and delicious!). The room (and the rest of the hotel) was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent - really good quality produce. My only issue was that other guests weren’t wearing masks, despite very prominent notices asking them to, but I think this is more down to them being inconsiderate and disrespectful of others rather than the hotel’s fault.
