The booking I had provided an extended checkout time, which was ideal for our needs.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very willing and attentive and quickly sorted out a minor problem. It was bitter weather and the room was cosy. Continental breakfast was fine and including with our booking.

Hotel, food and staff lovely. Room was warm and comfy but thought the furniture was a bit dated and did have issues with the shower. The hospitality tray was a bit dangerous and on our first night the milk - even though long life - did not taste right and looked ‘off’ when in the tea/coffee. I appreciate that it is a four star and a stones throw from Oxford Circus but feel it was a bit expensive considering the issues we had and did not include full English breakfast - although we were given this as a gesture of goodwill which was appreciated.

London Stay!
Lovely affordable Hotel in the heart of London. Short walking distance to everything and very convenient if travelling by train. We would have booked a larger space but were only staying one night and were still given a complimentary upgrade that was appreciated. Comfortable bed and great breakfast! We would stay here again.

I have stayed many times. The staff are the best thing about this hotel followed by the location. The rooms, bathrooms and carpets in some rooms need updating. I would also book a bigger room next time. I will return in the spring. Season Greetings to you all.
