Lovely Little Stay
Recently stayed at the hotel for a couples weekend and theatre visit we had planned. no diappointment at all with this hotel, nice easy walk from the station, in a great location for reaching the west end, soho and the thick of things all no more than a very pleasant 20 min walk (only 9 mins to the palladium !!!). The staff are all very pleasant and the reception staff lovely and very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The team gave us a surprise upgrade to what was clearly a nearly renovated room. You can see all around the hotel that they are making headway into improvements which is great ot see, our room was lovely, very quiet, warm and the bed very very comfortable. plenty to choose from for breakfast and tasty. The team looked after our bags when we arrived and for an hour before our train so that we could have a walk around the local sunday farmers market. Will definitley stay again and thank you very much for a lovely couple of days.

An excellent hotel in every respect. The buffet breakfast was very superior with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes. The attentive staff continually replenished the buffet and promptly cleared tables. The fresh flowers on each table added a nice touch. Our room and bathroom was spotless. Staff at Reception were welcoming and speedy at check in. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay
A wonderful place. Excellent location for all that London has to offer. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Felt welcomed and safe during our stay. Will definitely be back soon.
