Delightful stay
My room was quiet, comfortable and warm, with everything I needed, and with thoughtful touches, like the bin divided into rubbish and recycling compartments, and the inclusion of a continental socket. The curtains were excellent at keeping the room dark. I've already recommended it to others and hope to return for another stay. Thank you!

Consistent quality
The service at the receprion desk and the quality of the cleaning has actually improved since my last say (pre-covid). The location remains excellent. I hope to stay at your hotel again this year (business and holiday) if I find a good rate

Everything I needed.
the staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was small but cosy and I had a lovely bubble bath while I was there. there is a 24 hr bar and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is very convenient for oxford circus tube and Harley Street. Only stayed one night for work but will definitely stay again when working in the area.
