Excellent value
I loved my quiet little room on the third floor, with its treetop view over the park. I could almost forget I was in the city! It was clean, comfortable and cosy - and the big sash window opened up wide to let in a welcome breezy on a warm and humid London night. The staff were extremely helpful and the COVID measures were reassuring. I'll definitely stay again.

Very welcoming staff, upgraded in arrival to a family room which gave us much more space. Very clean room and enough toiletries, tea/coffee and towels for the 2 of us. Bed was huge if a little hard for our tastes. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Overall a lovely hotel in a perfect location; 2 minutes from the tube and 10 minutes from Hyde park. Would definitely stay again for London sightseeing, shopping and theatre trips.

A really lovely stay - extremely well located and characterful hotel, with good clean facilities and a very friendly and accommodating team. I could split hairs over a few minor issues but it was such good value that it would be wrong to say anything that wasn't positive about the place.
