Great location, lovely hotel!
The 2 night break was booked as a surprise for me and it couldn't have been better! I can't think of any improvements, both location and hotel were ideal for what I needed. I must mention the staff who went out of their way to help, despite covid circumstances being difficult. Breakfasts were better than most hotels and cleanliness couldn't be faulted. I shall definitely book again.

The best birthday hotel stay
Having stayed at the Strathmore Hotel several times before for work. I wanted to stay for my birthday trip to London. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. My room was decorated in balloons and a banner when I arrived it was perfect! Thank you so much for making my stay extra special.

Possibly a hidden gem of peace and solidity in a l
Tucked away neatly, just off of the crazy A4 Cromwell Road, the hotel is perfectly placed for a 5 minute stroll to the tube, Natural History and Science museums. The building is fabulously original, although the bedrooms have been kept up to modern expectations. Short staffed, I suspect, resulting from Brexit and Covid, but very helpful and obliging at all times. No AC or refridgerator in the room, but will definitely be using this lovely hotel for future London visits. Thank-you all, you lovely people!

Perfect Location
Lovely old hotel. Staff were excellent very helpful and polite. The location is brilliant. The continental breakfast was a little underwhelming but I would stay again.

The staff were very helpful - the hotel location was good we have stayed a couple of times before - hotel was a little tired looking our room was a little scruffy and was not cleaned after our first night or the milk teabags etc were not replenished tv in room could not be plugged in to make it work it had wires hanging and you could not work out how to plug them in to work would stay again for the convenience of where it is and it was very quiet - sorry to review but was a little disappointed!
