We truly appreciate the care and attention your wonderful staff gave. looking ahread, if you would like my thougts on how to make the hotel more 'user frienldy' for those with badly behaved legs, let me know. I was conned by a hotel that did not exist, that i booked through booking.com. Thankfully, this amazing hotel put me up at short notice, fantastic staff and a super quality hotel, i really appreciate your help and it'll be my first choice if i ever pass through Kensington area again. 5 stars.

Fabulous surroundings, surrounded by fabulous staf
Lovely hotel with super attentive staff - no question was too silly. Good room - single occupant, one night stay, with excellent continental breakfast the following morning. A very pleasant lounge for drinks out of the bedroom, with snacks available. A gem from Gem

Excellent stay at this hotel.
Hotel is well maintained and the hotel staff are polite and well mannered. We ate at the hotel and the food was excellent. My son and myself had the homemade curry and the chefs special which was beautiful and very filling. Thank you all.
