Excellent value for money
A very comfortable stay in a great location. We wanted to visit the museums and the Strathmore was perfectly located just a 10 min walk away. Very nice touch to have the cream teas, and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in. My room was very small but fine to a point. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and relaxed but efficient. I am returning later next month for a longer stay with business colleagues as well, so look forward to staying again. Great location in London too.

Lovley stay
Loved the stay with my son (24) who never had been to London. We were impressed by the atmosphere felt like a Grand version of home. Friendly staff.

A lovely stay
Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is on a quiet street and is well situated for visiting the Royal Albert hall+ V&A museum. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff and nice food the scones for afternoon tea were freshly made and delicious. Would recommend and hope to stay here again

Lovely
We have stayed here a few times as it is perfect for the Royal Albert Hall. The staff are brilliant and rooms comfortable. The bar menu was much improved this time, which was really welcomed as it’s convenient to eat early before the concert.

I stayed at this hotel, the first time, with Booking.com and ended up with a really small room. This time I decided to look at booking direct and I am so pleased we did. We got a beautiful room, very spacious with a sofa area, for the same price that Booking.com wanted for the small one. We also got a continental breakfast included and upgraded to a cooked breakfast for £5 each. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of tea and coffee (usually, in other hotels, we've had to ask for more). The breakfast was lovely. It was plentiful and came out freshly cooked and hot - absolutely could not fault it. The continental was also lovely. The hotel was a perfect location for the Royal Albert Hall and I've got to be honest, we have another trip coming up in January so we shall be staying again. We are at the theatre so will need to get the tube, but that isn't an issue as the tube is just around the corner. All of the staff, from reception to the dining room were lovely. very professional and friendly. We are really happy with this hotel.
