A beautiful grand hotel in a lovely area. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great. The only negative was the rooms very small and the pillows too hard

A fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel. The staff were outstanding, so helpful, friendly & smiling. Room was enormous & decoration gorgeous. Beds comfortable & toiletries plentiful, also tea,coffee, milk well stocked

Honestly, I was just so impressed with this hotel. First, the location is fantastic - a 4-minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station. I wasn't expecting much, given the reasonable price of the rooms; however, I was really impressed upon arrival. A beautiful bar/lounge area downstairs, very attentive staff, and the twin room was comfortable, roomy and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would absolutely book here again, there's no point looking anywhere else!

Lovely friendly hotel in great location
Lovely hotel in a great location for an event at the Royal Albert Hall. Friendly welcome. Upgraded room was a nice gesture and 10% discount on food & drink. Comfortable bar for after show drink was nice. Room was clean, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
