Lovely historic hotel
The location of the hotel was great for attending a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The room, while rather small, was perfectly adequate with a comfortable bed. The breakfast food was very good. All staff were very helpful, attentive and very pleasant. Will certainly stay again when going to a concert at the RAH.

Very good hotel
Very good stay, nice good size room large comfy bed, I was pleased to have the a bath with a shower also plenty of toiletries to choose from, very close to Gloucester rd station, nice friendly staff, would stay at this hotel again.

An excellent choice
Whilst this is a grand, older style hotel, its location, across the road from Gloucester Street tube station, is perfect and the staff are the friendliest I have come across on this 6 week trip. Our room was comfortable and clean and the lounge area at the entrance is welcoming and cosy. Maureen and her staff went out of their way to make our stay here a good one and we are staying here again on our way home. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing
One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The room was small, but gorgeous. The staff were impeccable, could not do enough for us, they were so kind and professional. Overall wonderful stay, I would absolutely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for everything !
