A wonderful experience!
You‘ll truly feel like aristocracy in this elegant old Victorian townhouse hotel. The location is perfect for a London trip, close to nice shops, restaurants and the underground. The rooms are small (as would be expected) but in excellent condition, very clean and with very comfortable beds. We loved breakfast in the Earl‘s room (what a historic flair!) and especially the beautiful lobby/bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We‘ll definitely stay here again the next time we‘ll visit London!

Another wonderful stay
Thank you to all the staff for making our family so welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Staff are very accommodating and so supportive on welcoming our children, both of whom have special needs. Cannot promise the concierge enough for the attentiveness shown to our family and from reception to housekeeping, everyone was so courteous and helpful, regardless of how busy they were. We certainly hope to be back again before too long.
