The staff were very accommodating and flexible. We felt very welcome during our stay. Excellent location. Very welcoming lounge after a busy day's work. Good value for the location. I will consider the Gem Strathmore as my first choice when coming back to London for work. Many thanks to all the friendly staff.

Characterful hotel off Cromwell Road. "Superior" room very compact . English breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
