Good but…
All fine except for the hardest mattress ever, would have made a samurai weep. Seriously, I like a firm mattress but this was like a board and meant I had a terrible nights sleep. I thought of paying for breakfast but at £24 for the hot buffet I was shocked, honestly what a rip off.

My room was clean when I checked in and had everything I needed. Throughout my whole stay every staff member was very nice and helpful when I needed anything.

Great hotell!
We had a wonderful family vacation here. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the subway and in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a day out. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!

Royal Albert Hall Stayover
Stayed over at Gem Strathmore for a concert at Royal Albert Hall. Lovely “personal” hotel in a perfect location for Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens and easy access to Central London via two nearby tube stations. Hotel staff all pleasant and efficient. All areas of the hotel well kept, rooms a little on the small side but adequate, would have no hesitation in returning.

I was conned by a hotel that did not exist, that i booked through booking.com. Thankfully, this amazing hotel put me up at short notice, fantastic staff and a super quality hotel, i really appreciate your help and it'll be my first choice if i ever pass through Kensington area again. 5 stars.
