Terms and Conditions

Tickets: £55 per person and must be purchased in advance. Places are subject to availability.
Booking deadline: Tickets must be booked by 30 September 2026, unless sold out earlier.
Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another guest if the hotel is notified in advance.
Event cancellation: If Gem Strathmore Hotel cancels the event, guests will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Dietary requirements: Allergies and dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking or no later than 7 days before the event. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests,
specific requirements cannot be guaranteed.
Alcohol: Prosecco is available only to guests aged 18+. A non-alcoholic alternative will be provided where required. Proof of age may be requested.
What's included: Ticket includes one glass of Prosecco on arrival, Bridgerton-inspired afternoon tea and unlimited tea/coffee. Any additional alcoholic or soft drinks are chargeable separately.
Timings: Guests should arrive promptly for the advertised start time. The hotel cannot extend the event for late arrivals.
Photography: Photography/video may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform the team on arrival.
Changes: Gem Hotels reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the menu, entertainment or event arrangements where circumstances require
