Little Gem of a Hotel
Nice hotel, staff were excellent very efficient and super friendly. Hotel was in great location. Very clean rooms a little on the small side and hot in the room but had a fan. Tea and coffee available and hairdryer and safe in the room also has plenty of toiletries also the bar is open 24hrs.

The beds were very hard. Rooms pretty small didn’t have space to unpack your suitcase.

Lovely hotel, homely.
Really lovely hotel, friendly/helpful staff and very homely feel. Beds were really comfortable and rooms had everything you could need. Location was great, lovely area to stay, no street noise which is rare for central London. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay
Perfect, quietly located, hotel for everything in the West-end. Under 10min walk to Oxford Circus station and many nearby pubs and restaurants. Lounge area was spacious and comfortable and our room (111) was comfortably equipped with all we needed for a very enjoyable overnight stay. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Good Choice for a City Trip
Die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip nach London. U-Bahn und die City of London sind in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. ö Der Check-In dauert sehr lange, man kann aber das Gepäck abgeben und später einchecken. Bucht man Frühstück dazu, erhalt man nur das Continental Breakfast (kaltes Buffet), das Full Breakfast (warmes Buffet und Eigerichte inkludiert) zahlt man zusätzlich nochmals 5 Pfund. Das muss nicht sein, denken wir.
